COGNITIVE MAPS  Cognitive map is any visual representation of a person's (or a group's) mental model for a  given process or concept. Cognitive maps have no visual rules that they need to obey: there is no restriction on how the concepts  and the relationships between them are visually represented. Cognitive maps are the umbrella term for  all visual representations of mental models. I was taken the Human health and diseases for the first cognitive map and I splinted the topics into Diseases, Health, Immunity, Common diseases in man, Cancer, Aids and Drugs and alcohol abuse. This topics were contained various sub topics and they are interrelated. Innovative work Semester IV

INTRODUCTION An innovative work can be defined as a " new idea, device or method". It is something original and more effective and as a consequence new that 'breaks into' the pupil . Two interesting dimensions of innovation including degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth . Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate. It is necessary to create and nurture an environment of innovation. TEACHING PRACTICE SECOND PHASE GENERAL REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

On 22nd Monday All the teacher trainees came back to college after completing 32 days of teaching practice. At 10.00 a.m Our respected principal had arranged a general reflection of school experience meeting session on the assembly hall.Sir and all teachers had attended the meeting.Sir called each school by name, and the teacher trainees who completed their teaching practice their shared their positive and negative experiences from school and classrooms. The schools were teacher trainees have completed their teaching practice were GHSS Karukone, GHSS Yeroor, Govt. Jawahar HS  Edamulakal,  Govt. Jawahar HSS  Ayoor,  Govt.MGHSS  Chadayamangalam,  HSS Thadicadu,   AMMHSS Karavaloor,  St. Goretti HSS Punalur,  BMGHSS Kulathupuzha ,  VVHSS Poredam, and  Sabarigiri H SS Anchal.
