OBSERVATION OF NATIONAL AYURVEDA DAY

             NATIONAL AYURVEDA DAY
     In 2022 National Ayurveda Day is being observed on 23rd October.But due to Sunday we observed the day on 25th October that is on Tuesday.
     Ayurveda is the most ancient and well documented system of medicine equally relevant in modern times.Theme of Ayurveda day 2022 is
           "Har Din , Har Khar Ayurveda"
Objectives of observing the day was
• To share the knowledge about National Ayurveda Day as a step to provide awareness and betterment of societal life.
• To accept and practice the essence of Ayurveda in daily lifestyle .
We included the theme ,history, importance of Ayurveda, poster and video presentation on the day.My duty was to say vote of thanks to the programme. We also performed a dance with yoga postures that shows the importance of yoga in Ayurveda.

WEEKEND REFLECTION WEEK 1

In this week on sunday our Class teacher Sreedevi miss had arranged an online meeting for evaluating the previous week activities occurred in the school. The meeting was scheduled at 5.00 pm .Our respected principal also joined with us.Miss also gave information regarding the blog writing and lesson plan writing.All of the 9 students had participated in the meeting and the meeting was started at 5.00 pm and stopped at 5.30 pm.
