SCHOOL INDUCTION DAY 1

Induction is the support and guidance provided to novice teachers and school administrators in the early stages of their careers. Induction encompasses orientation to the workplace, socialization, mentoring, and guidance through beginning teacher practice. 
     I selected Jawahar High School Edamulaikkal for my induction programme.In my first day principal assigned us to do the seating arrangement of mid term examination of high school students. During the 4th hour we went for observation class and studied how to handle and manage a classroom.In the afternoon we have 2 substitution classes in UP section.Overall it was a very good experience for me.

WEEKEND REFLECTION WEEK 1

In this week on sunday our Class teacher Sreedevi miss had arranged an online meeting for evaluating the previous week activities occurred in the school. The meeting was scheduled at 5.00 pm .Our respected principal also joined with us.Miss also gave information regarding the blog writing and lesson plan writing.All of the 9 students had participated in the meeting and the meeting was started at 5.00 pm and stopped at 5.30 pm.
